Das Einzelcoaching "Begleitende Hilfen bei der Arbeitssuche - speziell für Migranten" im Aktiv-Center dient der Vorbereitung der Teilnehmenden für eine Arbeitsaufnahme im Arbeitsmarkt. Der Kurs umfasst folgende Bereiche:
- Begleitung des Einstiegs
- Berufswegfindung speziell für Migranten
- Kompetenzanalyse
- berufliche Orientierung
- Finden einer passenden Ausbildungsrichtung, Schul-/Berufsausbildung, Studium, Arbeitsplatz
- Begleitung bei Anerkennungsprüfungsverfahren
